Let me give you an example. A potential coaching client once asked me about guarantees. They felt like they NEEDED coaching to make their business work. But here’s the thing: there are no guarantees. The only guarantee I give is that I will always show up for my clients, as an equal partner on their journey towards success.
That’s why I work with empowered leaders who choose me as their guide, not because they need me, but because they see the value in what I can offer them. And the same goes for all areas of life. When we let go of the need, we create space for magic to happen.
So, let go of the pressure of needing and find many ways to support yourself. Reminder that YOU are resourceful and wiser and more capable than you think. You have the power to choose what and who you want in your life.
